These terms apply whenever you order from Blend Coffee Shop (Blend Thru Ltd, Akamantidos 24, Chloraka, Cyprus) online, for collection or delivery. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Ordering and confirmation
Orders are placed through blendcy.com. Every order is checked by the team, who confirm it with an estimated preparation time. Your order page shows its status live. An order is only confirmed once the team accepts it; if we cannot confirm it within a few minutes, it is cancelled automatically.
Prices are in euros and include any applicable tax. Collection orders get an automatic 10% discount. Delivery is free within 2 km of the shop, with a €4 minimum order.
Payment
Pay online by card through Viva Payments, or pay on collection or delivery. A card order is sent to the team once Viva Payments confirms the payment. If a card payment fails or is cancelled, no charge is made and the order is not prepared.
Cancellations and refunds
If we cannot accept your order (for example an item is unavailable, or we are unable to deliver), or it is not confirmed in time, any card payment is refunded in full. Because drinks and food are made fresh, we can only cancel a confirmed order before preparation starts — call us on 70 000 305 as soon as possible. If there is a problem with what you received, contact us and we will put it right or refund you.
Delivery
Preparation and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure your address, apartment details and phone number are correct.
Allergies
Removing an ingredient or adding a note does not guarantee an allergen-free drink or food item. Please speak with the team before ordering if you have an allergy.
Blend Club (loyalty)
Stamps are collected on your Blend account. Nine stamps unlock a free drink up to €4. Blend Club has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Cyprus consumer protection law. Beyond that, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the value of that order.
